Patients can now pay in advance for consultations by logging onto ENTCARE`S website (https://entcare.ie/index.php/pay-a-visit/?lang=en) This secure payment system is provided by ENTCARE and Realex Payments. ENTCARE may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. By using the online payment facility on this website you have indicated that you have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms you should not use this online payment facility.
All payments are subject to the following conditions:- All payments are in EURO and your account will be immediately debited for the amount. The following cards can be used on this site: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard. It is important that care is taken when using the online facility to ensure that you provide the correct information. To facilitate this, the payment system requests that you confirm correctness of data prior to proceeding to the next step. Your credit/debit card will be debited once payment is approved. ENTCARE cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the facility due to you quoting incorrect card details or personal details or invoice number. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
All payment details that are entered through this secure payment gateway are encrypted. Communication to and from the service provider’s site is encrypted.
Online payments can be made by credit, debit card or bank transfer. These payments are collected by the Service Provider on behalf of ENTCARE. The transaction is received and validated by the Service Provider (Realex). The client making the application will get an immediate notification to confirm whether or not the card validation was successful. The funds will be transferred from your account.
In the event that the refund is due due to overpayment or cancellations due to ENTCARE reasons, the refund will be made on the credit / debit card, if the patient applies for the refund within 1 month of the transaction. Alternately the refund will be made by payment to the patient’s bank account if applied for after 1month.
